# Nano Banana

> Google's image models, for text, infographics and edits that combine many images.

Nano Banana, from Google, makes and edits images, renders text well, and can

| **Nano Banana Pro** | The highest quality | 1K, 2K, 4K |
| **Nano Banana 2.1** | Better quality, prompt following and text than Nano Banana 2 | 1K, 2K, 4K |
| **Nano Banana 2** | The smallest size, 0.5K | 0.5K, 1K, 2K, 4K |
| **Nano Banana 2 Lite** | The lowest cost | 1K only |

## What you can give it

* **A prompt** of up to 50,000 characters in Generate, or 20,000 through the
  API.
* **References**: up to 14 images. With references, Nano Banana edits or
  combines them.
